HBV Units
The abbreviation "HBV" stands for "Herstellen, Behandeln und Verwenden" or Manufacture, Treat and Use.
These terms are used in water law for plant types whose planning, construction and maintenance must take environmental regulations for substances harmful to water into consideration.
